Perimeter Drainage Failure

On a wet rainy day this is never a good sign. This is a sump were perimeter drains will direct water to the city storm system. The three small black pipes are supposed to have water coming out of them and the the pipe at the bottom with the “T” drains to the city services. On this rainy day there was no water at all coming out the perimeter drainage and one pipe was plugged with concrete. This is most likely a complete failure and will require replacement a camera inspection is recommended to confirm.
