My Approach

I believe a good inspection is about more than just filling out a checklist. It’s about understanding the unique story of each property — its age, its construction methods, its maintenance history — and communicating what you need to know in plain language.

Every report I deliver is something I would want to receive if I were buying the property myself: thorough, honest, and actionable.
